  • What’s the first step to working with Hello Breezy?
    Once you select your package and book, you’ll be sent an onboarding form and invited to your client portal. This is where we’ll keep everything organized - from content plans to approvals and deliverables.
  • How long until we start posting content?
    We spend the first few weeks learning your brand, planning content, and gathering materials. Most clients can expect to see content go live about one month after onboarding.
  • Do I have to know exactly what I want?
    Not at all! That’s what we’re here for. We’ll guide you through the whole process, offer creative direction, and handle content strategy and creation.
  • Do I have to be on camera?
    Nope. We can create content using graphics, text, stock footage, and repurposed clips if you're not comfortable on camera or just don't have the time.
  • Can I approve content before it gets posted?
    Yes! All content is sent to you for approval in the client portal before it’s scheduled to go live. You’ll have the chance to request edits if needed.
  • How do I share my content with you?
    You’ll be able to upload photos, videos, and brand assets directly into a shared folder inside your client portal.
  • What if I don’t have time to send content regularly?
    We can work with what you already have or use stock and trending content that fits your brand. We also offer a content shoot add-on if you're local.
  • How far ahead do you plan content?
    We plan content on a monthly or biweekly basis, depending on your package. You’ll always be a step ahead with your content ready and approved before the new month begins.
  • When will I see results?
    Social media isn’t instant - but with consistent, quality content, you’ll start seeing stronger engagement and brand growth over time. We focus on building real momentum, not quick fixes.
